Julie Brophy - Director

  

Julie is an occupational psychologist and experienced principal consultant who uses her passion for communication and organisational dynamics to deliver sustainable culture and organisational change in support of clients’ transformation


She also works with clients to design and implement new organisation operating models, processes, and interventions to drive improvements in business performance and employee experience.
